Design and Technology
Through a variety of creative and practical activities, pupils acquire the knowledge, understanding and skills to engage in the process of designing and making – all within a relevant context.
Pupils are taught to: Design, Make and Evaluate. Within each lesson, Technical Knowledge is developed and applied.
In addition, pupils are taught how to cook and apply the principles of nutrition and healthy eating - a crucial life skill.
