PSHE and RSE

Vision

By the end of Key Stage 2, pupils will have developed the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to manage their lives, now and in the future. We aim to provide a PSHE curriculum that helps children to stay healthy and safe while preparing them to make the most of life and work in a positive way. This will be taught through looking at three key areas: health and wellbeing, relationships and living in the wider world.  We teach pupils about physical health and mental wellbeing so that they can make good decisions about their own health and wellbeing and how they are interlinked. We teach pupils about the fundamental building block and characteristics of positive relationships so that pupils understand the features of healthy relationships.
